SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders received for in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days.

All made-to-order items take up to 6 weeks to process. 

Holiday orders should be placed by December 15th and made-to-order orders should be placed by December 1st to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking information.

Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchases (8.875%). 

 Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery time is an estimate that is not a guaranteed.

 Please contact the chosen carrier if you experience any delay with your shipped order.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company.

CANCELLATION

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

SALE ITEMS 

All sales are final on sale merchandise. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All Black Friday Sales are final. 

RETURN TO SENDER  

We do not accept return to sender.


RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Item purchased online may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase.

No refunds or price adjustments will be issued. Store Credit is valid for 12 months after the purchase date.

The item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags in the original packaging. 

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

We hold the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TIMELINE

  1. Once we receive your request,  a return label will be sent to you within 2-3 business days. 
  2. Our team will reach out to you once you've received your return.
  3. You will receive your store credit by email within 2-3 business days.


COST OF A RETURN 

  • Within the U.S. - We offer a complimentary prepaid return label for U.S. orders.
  • International - The customer will cover the return cost for the international price.

    We may modify these Policies from time to time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately when we post them.
