SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders received for in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking information.

Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchases (8.875%). 

 Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery time is an estimate that is not a guarantee.

 Please contact the chosen carrier if you experience any delay with your shipped order.

Buci is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier if you experience any issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge or does not pay these fees, then your package will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by the shipping carrier.

Please reference the tracking information provided to the email associated with your order to monitor this. The order will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement.

CANCELLATION

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

All sales are final on sale merchandise. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
