WHO IS AIMEE FRANCE?
Aimee France is a food, fashion, and lifestyle influencer known for her unique approach to cooking, baking, and everyday style. She keeps us inspired with her multifaceted breakfast plates, her 3 drink minimum rule, herby salads, and art-platters.
AIMEE'S PERFECT MORNING ROUTINE
To begin:
I. Wake up between 6-7AM
II. Tapping and qigong arm swings for lymphatic drainage
III. Walk
IV. Make breakfast
Current favorite breakfast:
Egg tortilla
Seasonal fruit with yogurt, date, bee pollen, raw honey
Three drink minimum
Coffee, juice, hot lemon chia seed water
Vitamins
Then:
V. Eat slowly
VI. Catch up on emails and texts
VII. Write daily to do list
Finally:
VIII. Clean kitchen
IX. Make bed
X. Tidy up apartment
XI. Get ready
XII. Begin day!
WHY THE THREE DRINK MINIMUM?
Why not?
I. Coffee for caffeine
II. Juice for a palate cleanser and to get antioxidants in first thing
III. Water for hydration and digestion
IV. Cappuccino
V. Orange juice
VI. Sparkling water
VII. ...and a date!
HOW AIMEE DRINKS THE THREE DRINK MINIMUM:
Start with a sip of sparkling water to hydrate, orange juice for a burst of sweet citrus, acidity, and brightness. This will wake up your taste buds. Next, sparkling water to cleanse the palate, then a sip of cappuccino. The rest is up to you but always save your date to drink with the remainder of your coffee at the end.
Aimee has been a longtime friend and a huge source of inspiration at Buci. She first came into our world through her magical cakes. And I felt immediately drawn as they reminded me of my childhood.
Over the years, we've had the privilege to dress Aimee along the way, as we kept circling around each other on our journeys. I often tell Aimee that she is one of my favorite people to follow on the internet. In a world where most of everything and everyone has begun to look the same, I exhale when her content comes into my feed. She expresses herself so authentically and uniquely, it makes me feel like the space around her expands, as she gives permission for others who she inspires to do the same.
This past month, we opened a Café with our friends and family next to our Buci store on Stanton Street. "Imagine" is intended to be a healing space. Created as a nurturing environment for all of us to gather, share, explore and envision our most authentic dreams while expanding a new way of drinking a warm or cold healing drink.
We couldn't think of a better way to bring our two worlds together than by asking Aimee to create a drink for us… Aimee famously starts her day with three drinks. If you're reading this, we invite you to come in and imagine new possibilities and share dreams together over Aimee's special vision!
