RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Items purchased online may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of delivery.

No refunds or price adjustments will be issued.

Store Credit is valid for 12 months after the purchase date.

The item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags in the original packaging. 

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees incurred during the return process.

We hold the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final 7 days after delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TIMELINE

1. Once we receive your request,  a return label will be sent to you within 2-3 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees incurred during the return process.

2. Our team will reach out to you once you've received your return.

3. You will receive your store credit by email within 2-3 business days.

COST OF A RETURN 

• Within the U.S. - We offer a complimentary prepaid return label for U.S. orders.

• International - The customer will cover the return cost for the international price.
